Went there to wash a comforter and found out you have to put money on a card so I put a $5 in and push the button and nothing, no card, kept my $5. So I thought maybe I need to put  some $1 in also because after all the cost of operating the commercial washer is $6.69?? Crazy, just another way for this scam to keep your excess change.  Anyway I proceeded to put $2 in and thought it would add it to my previous card of $5. Nope, just got a card with $2 on it so basically I am out the whole $7  because i cant use that washer with only $2 and I sure am not going to put another $5 into it. 
Phone numbers  are wrong. No one answers the number that does appear to work.  Apparently the owners are working a scam here at Sanger location, do this to a few people a day with no  recourse and that adds up to a fat paycheck for this scamming business.  I will resort to authorities.

On your wall (I'm staring at your painted windows) it says giant washers. You have two both out of service. You expect people to use these "easy cards" instead of just using coins, there arnt any options at all for coins. You can't even put coins onto the card. No manager at least none that I saw was present for assistance. Disgusting and filthy. Soap everywhere creating a hazard and all the faucets and connectors that are visible are clearly not to par. Disgusting.

Horrible! No attendants and restroom locked. The machines only load single bills per card so you can't even put 2 dollars on a card, it must b split onto 2 cards.  And all machines charge an odd amount so 1 dollar on a card gets u only 2 drys at 35 cents each so the remaining 30 cents remains on the card unable to be used towards other drys or washes. Money the laundromat is pocketing.  And its the same system on the washers. I had to use almost 5 different cards all of them had money remaining the machines would not take.  I came with quarters which I couldn't use because it only accepts bills and I had to ask other stores to change my quarters back for me.  Extremely hot in there, and to top it all off the washers suck! My clothes don't even look like they ran through a wash!  4 out of 6 dryers did not dry my clothes after 3 cycles! Worst experience ever!

So we came to wash should have looked at the reviews 2 washers didn't work but took our money and six dryers did not even blow hot air had to switch them all to random ones that we could find that somewhat worked the worst laundromat I've ever been too ever this placed cost me almost 80 dollars don't come here....

Don't ever come here... Over half of the machines are broken and there's no signs to tell you so you end up wasting your money on machines don't clean your clothes. This place is also infested with roaches. The owners of this place also Ace Hardware Store next door so if the machines steal your money you can walk into the Ace Hardware and demand a refund... I'm never coming back here again
