I dropped off three new OCP uniform tops and head gear for sewing on name tapes, rank, and skill badges on the 8th of May. I was also ordering the name tapes. I was told they'd be ready by Thursday that week. I thought to myself, "Wow! That's the fastest turn around I've seen for doing all that!". I was wrong. I came in on Thursday to pick up everything and the woman at the counter told me that the shop can't find the order for the name tapes and they'll have to order them again. She then said they'd be ready by Monday. Monday comes and two of the three jackets and the head gear is ready but, they counted incorrectly and would need to order another name tape. The woman tells me that the last remaining jacket should be ready by next week. The next Monday I come in and a different woman is working. She tells me there was no order for a name tape for the jacket and they were waiting on me to tell them to order another. She also asked if I had one already I could bring that in and they could get it back to me faster. Fortunately I had just been going through things and found were I did have an extra one. I brought that in and she told me she would put a rush on it and have it done by the end of the week. Well, then live got in the way and I wasn't able to pick up the jacket until today, 31 May. As soon as I pick it up I notice that the "new" jacket doesn't have the same stiffness that it should. I look it over and realize that it wasn't a new jacket. I let the woman know and she told me to hold on she'll have to call someone. She calls what I'm assuming to be her manager who then tells her they don't have an answer for me. I'm still waiting to see how they fix this issue.

And another instance of them messing things up. Another NCO that I work with brought her dress blues in to have service stripes added on. They used two separate stripes and offset them on her sleeve.

If you have the option of going somewhere else, do it. There are too many young Soldiers coming into this place for them to keep track of everything properly.

I'm assuming this is the one connected to military clothing and sales by Nicholson Hall.

Went several times, during business hours, and the place was closed.  Stopped in twice but the seamstress was not there to do alterations.  Left dress blues for alterations and it took over a week to get them back. However, they told us only two days. We will not be going back to this place.
