I've been coming here for 2 years, when it first changed ownership it was very clean, everything worked and the staff were always busy tidying up...lately within the last few months it's usually unkept with dirty floors and broken washers, garbage cans overflowing and homeless people locked in the bathroom for long periods of time. What happened? Did ownership change again and they just care anymore? I really miss the cleanliness and care it had before. 2 stars for convenient location.

They have big washing machines, also you money goes on a card. It's a lot faster.

I expected regular coin-operated washers and dryers, but you have to use a Vcard here.  I didn't have a dollar bill to buy one, so I had to go to Ralph's and get change.  They only have jumbo front-loading washers that have automatic door locks once started.  I accidentally forgot to put my jacket in and asked the guy working there to help me.  He forced the door open and advised me to remember to put my jacket in next time.  As he walked past a woman near me, he said something in Spanish under his breath and she looked at me and laughed.  Also, there were 3 homeless guys sleeping on the benches and in the massage chair.  I gave 1 star because drying was free.

Love the fact they are open 24hrs, It works so well when I get off late (after 12 am) I can always go here and do my laundry without the busy feeling. Great place love it!!

I can choose my own hours! Not always crowded plus i wash here i dry free.
