Very rude when my cloths werent even done the staff were all over my stuff ready to move them while they were still running when my cloths finish i started loading them in the dryer to come back to some of my stuff had been taken out of the wash by the staff i told them that they could of waited 1 minute and they were responsible for anything lost so i finished and all my cloths never made it back home good machine bad experience cause the staff seem like there were regulars there so they felt they deserve machines even though my money is the same if your new here dont go will b made to feel like u dont belong very rude

Washers are fine though I notice liquid detergent still in the reservoirs from the previous customer. I usually look 1st to see if I can find one without detergent already there as I like to use scent-free soap. Dryers are hit & miss. Some heat up well & others don't. I don't like not finding out until my clothes either do or do not come out dry. Not wanting to pay more for that, I usually take my clothes home wet & I'm disappointed. Can't understand why all the dryers can't dry my clothes.

I was skeptical at first because of a recent experience at the soap gnome on market street that i had was awful. I had stuff stolen at the other place and this was my first time using the laundry room for a drop off service. The staff was very polite and the laundry was nice and clean. Soap gnome is cheaper, however they have very unprofessional, impolite, and dishonest staff. I would say it's worth the money because you don't have to worry about your stuff coming up missing. It is so strange how they can fold and fit so much so neat and tiny into very few bags. When I dropped it off it looked like a hot mess and when I picked up it was so well organized. Will be using alot more now. Good job laundry room owners and staff.
