This L&T is absolutely remarkable! All machines are very clean. It's very cheap and a safe place to go 24hrs a day. It rates a 10+!

Hello. I have to start and say I love the laundry and tan on West 10st. Always the cleanest and best establishment for laundry care. I usually don't have any problems with the staff but this one. I don't know her name she don't wear a name tag she usually work at night short with glasses heavier set short hair. Every time I come in and she is working I always dread doing business at this location, only when she is working. She's loud rude no customer service skills what's so ever. This incident today 1-2-18, me and my husband saw a roach on the front big washer by seating. When I informed this staff member she told me so thiers hundreds of people here a day. That was all no fake customer service spill no smile nothing. I just find it rude I get it you can't  get it all but at least customer service bs sounds nice and like u care.

I am not a person that tans easily and I have never been to a tanning salon before coming here. Krystal helped me figure everything out and is making sure I do it safely. She has been super nice and walked me through everything to make sure I get the results I'm hoping for.

The place is best when Crystal is there, she is friendly, helpful and keeps the place spotless, which cannot be said for the other times I've been there.

I'm elderly and Everytie I come in Krystal is always smiling and cleaning and willing to help me do my laundry. She is sweet and nice.   I have Ave never been to a place where the employees are  considerate and helpful.
