Horrible place, with rude people!! Not to mention, this was my second time there and it was FILTHY!! Washers are caked in laundry soap among other things along with over half of the being out of order along with the dryers!! But that is not why I am reviewing today....I went to catch up on my families laundry, unloaded everything with a one year old. Took five minutes to find working washers then head over to the key reload, signs all over it that it didn't work except to load (should of walked out then) but I talked with the attendant and she seemed helpful....she sit there talking with her friends watching me having problems trying to load my key. I took the key out and stuck it back in. I had already put 5 bucks in the machine and it would not load. It kept telling me to push a button, did not see one. So, I guess I accidently pushed the new key button which was broke but I didn't mean to. It took my money and never loaded it on my key, the attendand just sit there and watched me!!! I went over to her and told her it took my money, she checks it and says she can't refund me my money. So there broke ass machine takes my money and there is nothing they can do about it apparently!! So, I proceed to load all my laundry back up with my one year old in the heat and by this time I'm shaking I'm so mad, we are on a budget!! I have kids and I need clean laundry!! So, I go back in and ask her to take my key back and just give me a refund on whats left on it. WELL, aparently they don't do that either even if the key is in mint working condition which the sign I read when I first bought the key was no refund on damaged keys!! Makes sense!! I WILL never sit foot on there again or do any business with them and will tell everyone never to do there laundry there! They are thieves that take money from families!!! I know they can open that key machine and take all there money even the five and the other money I put in it but they can't refund me my money at all!!! Horrible Place.....DON'T GO OR YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF!!

Almost ALL the washers was not working BUT the young beautiful lady help me out the dryers are ALL almost not working but you can get one give it a chance I’m laughing hard Catherin cards you supposed to buy you don’t get one but customer service is great I have a laundry business I will try them agaiy

I am the manager for Laundry World we are trying to make some changes so you can have the best experience while doing your laundry I would love all the feed back you want to give cause it will help us in the long run to get back on track since we have had some terrible managers and things weren't done proffesaionaly well I am there and I'm on call so if you need help just ask for Tonya I will help your visit be more pleasant I hope to raise our reviews soon.

Its not 24 hours stop lieing its not professional It waste of peoples time and money plus cost u business i won't be back come 2 this 1 just because of this i haven't been here before and never will
