I arrived prior to opening and the staff member showed up right on time to open up. She was very gracious in showing me exactly what I needed to do to load the laundry card and even came over to help when I had an issue reloading the card. The place was immaculate, including the restroom. I had a very good experience here and would recommend it without reservation (I was at the Bloomingdale Rd. location).

Large machines are $9.70 where in other areas they are $8 to $8.50 so they are slightly more expensive than other places but I do like this place because the staff is extremely friendly the place is clean and it's not too outrageous home prices so I still go here because of the convenience I met the owner the other day he was a nice guy as well

Worst place for customer service don't waste your hard earned money at laundry world in glendale heights.    They will shift blame on the customer.  No where on the walls or machine does it mention if a rag snags between the door and the sealer you will lose your money and your cycle.   I hope this place shuts down.  Owners response was denying me a restart on the machine screw this guy and your corporate secretaries why have a place if you can't do straight business.

I have been going here for years. Sadly only once since I been there have they let you dry for free. They did a remodel of the place a while back so it looks nice. One thing I like a lot is they use an in house card to pay for the wash and dry. You don't need to bring in change. You can put money on the card with cash or credit card. You do it through a machine so for those who don't like human interaction you can do everything here without talking to anyone. Even the vending machine takes the card. You do have to be a paying customer to use the bathroom.

The door say the last wash is at 9pm I arrived at 8:50pm and the doors were locked. The employee inside would not let me wash my close. Bad customer service since the actual laundromat doesn't close until 11pm. I would not recommend this place because of the false advertising.
