Always washed here live down the street. The owners I noticed they're very strict no customer service and sometimes their machine don't work right when you tell them. They look like we're taking money from their pocket or something very rude. Also went next door to buy ham and cheese sandwich and the bag they put it in ripped and fell on the floor I told the lady that why did they put it in a flimsy bag. and I want a new one and she was going to charge me for a new one. What the hell!! It was her fault then she told me that the sandwich is still good after it landed right next to two paid customers, lady told me it was still good and for me to eat it what the hell!! they're not right. With Attitude like that they'll be lucky that they stay in this laundromat or business they're just wrong. Tell you don't come here.. If don't believe me you will see

Most of the washers are out of service and the washers dont wash with hot water even if u pay for hot told the owner he didn't even offer me a free wash even if I had to wash twice dryers dont even get hot the first time around so ur forced to pay for another dry this place is expensive and not worth it

Washer & other washers (accross from it was broken also) keeps spinning but it's broken. The owner should not only return my money but refund me for soap & fabric softeners.

The worst laundry mat ever.  This place has not working dryer or machines.  I came here because da one i usually goes to is pack. This aas empty thinking da	mahines woild work cuz theres no out of service signs on them also da dryers to.they have like40 dryers n like11 work.  Also da maintence guy is rude. Please save ur troubles n got to da one on san gabriel n mission da best service ever
