Dave Carter at Laurel Home Improvement did a great job doing work I needed done to my roof. He was quick to come out, was very professional, was very friendly and does great work! I would recommend Laurel Home Improvements to anyone.

Terrible company. I called this guy in early November to see if he could give me an estimate, I had 2 jobs that needed to be done. The first time I called he told me he would have to call me back since he was driving. That is a fair enough reason to call someone back, however he did not call me back. I waited a week and called him again, and he again told me he would have to call me back because he was driving. To his credit he did actually call me back that time, and we scheduled a time for him to come take a look at what needed done. He told me I should hear back from him in a few days with the estimates, and I never heard a single thing. I waited about a month and finally called him back. He said he thought he had given me the estimate and would have to call me back. I still haven't heard anything back from this guy. Do not waste your time with him.

I researched my need for a new roof and pleased to report that I chose a reliable one, an honest one, a professional group of workers. Because I live in Mannington, I knew it was going to be hard to find someone. But Laurel Home Improvement came, completed the job, cleaned up and I have had no problems since they put a new roof on. If you are in the market for a new roof, you need to get in touch with Mr. Carter. They will get the job done and you will be pleased like we are.For once, we got lucky!
