I bought my lawnmower from there because of the good reputation and the fact it was down the street from me.  I dropped my mower off for a gas leak and told them to go ahead and give it a tuneup.  They told me it would be a week.  3 weeks later I got a call it was done.  They did not fix the gas leak.  The sales guy told me the tech could fix it for $20 and it would be 2 more days.  3 weeks later  I drop by to check on it and the part wasn't even in the store. 2 weeks after that I finally get my mower back.  Today I go to mow my front yard and every time I let go of the self-propel handle to make a turn, the belt that drives it jumps off the gear and locks up the back wheels.  I guess I get to take it back and wait for another 3 weeks ....

Zero communication between the landscaping and equipment sides. Constantly transferred between the two and never answered my questions. I got frustrated and just called someone else.
