Great place to train if your in the area! I have a lot of family in the area, and whenever I can I try to train here at Lauzon's. I've trained at a lot of places in the past and have been doing martial arts for almost 8 years. This is the place that you want to train! Not only are the instructors top notch but also the talent at the gym is top tier. Plus this gym has some of the nicest and cleanest facilities I have been around.

Phenomenal group of people.  Hard working and dedicated to help eachother get better at jiu-jitsu.  Great place to stop in and try out.

Poor management, etiquette and hurtful to young children.  Your supose to build a kid's confidence - not hurt it!  You made me, my husband and son feel unwelcome! Luzon Center does not have proper etiquette when expressing a concern of an active child.  Formal communication with both parents is a proper way to discuss concerns (this did not happen)!  A martial art class should not dismiss a child do to the child being active for only 2 weeks of classes.  This in turn hurts the child as he is not accepted from his martial art teacher.  Horrible service!  Isn't it the job of a teacher to train and not hurt a little kid's feelings?

Awesome gym!!! Only place in the area that you can learn from the best in the sport. This gym consistently produces high level athletes in UFC, Bellator, Strikeforce, and multiple local champs. Excellent Kid's Martial Arts program too. This gym is for everyone and probably the only gym you will see an entire family training together. Great for the beginner or pro!
