It's a must, if you have kids. My kids absolutely loved it. It's safe and clean for all ages. The older kids are oddly well behaved and didn't run over my little kid who went on everything, but the tall slides. My older kid explored everything. The staff was helpful and everything is well maintained for the price.
The activists are so many for young older kids: includes a series of trampolines, foam pits, and a giant air bag you can jump, and a huge jungle gym on the right. The jungle gym has a small section made for the younger kids and the rest is more energy consuming. There is an area in the jungle gym where they have air-powered machines that can shoot foam balls but it wasn’t functional when we were there, a race track with tricycles, and a couple slides. The kids love this place and many kids wouldn’t leave this place easily. There is a food service area. The foods are overpriced, but it’s good to have some bite after so much fun.
My kids love this place! Great fun! The food is good too! $40 for 3 for a couple hours. During slow periods they usually extend the time too!
My 3 year old son LOVES this place and is always wanting to come back! We have been going about once a month since he was 2. Out of all of the places like this, Lava Island is by far the most clean! There are always people cleaning different areas and surfaces, and their hard work shows!! There are areas for all ages- a toddler area, and a bigger kid area…and fun for adults in all of the areas when playing with your kiddos. We always have so much fun every time we visit!
This is the first time here, and my grandson has been on the go nonstop for 2 hours. There's plenty of room and activities, and they have a Café for refreshments.
Great place with the kiddos. Very well organized and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. All of the kids seemed pretty well behaved and the younger kids were given just as much chance as the bigger kids to play on things. Nice facility trampolines and jungle gyms. Kitchen was large and seemed clean. We didn't eat but the food did look good. Bring a water bottle for the kiddos and yourself, it can get pretty warm after running around in there. Check it out for kids of all ages.
Such a fun place for kids and parents to pass the time. Two big playing areas, one more toddler friendly than the other, but both are great overall. Fun slides and jungle gyms all over. Great food, comfortable rest areas.
As a family we have been to Lava Island MANY times. Just for fun, for birthday parties, etc. the place itself is good for burning kids energy and is clean most of the time. As of Today Feb 2024 I was shocked that they now charge 12.50 for parents to WATCH our children play!! Yes we can participate but I’m old and I prefer to sit and just observe. I understand charging adults if they are going to participate but MOST do not do anything but watch their kids. For me to have to pay to sit is an absolute JOKE. It’s not like they can see my wrist band anyway that’s under my winter hoodie sleeves. Also not hard to have someone stationed at the trampoline area to check bracelets. Also another downside…the upper observation deck is closed off and makes it much harder to watch my kids. After this birthday party we will not come back. I’d rather go to Urban Air, Defy/Skyzone, Boondocks that allow parents to observe for FREE!! I planned on buying pizza, snacks, drinks here tonight…..forget it. I’ll save it and eat out after with my family and spend my money elsewhere. Picture….see my wristband that NOBODY is checking??
Incredible time today at Lava Island. $10 per person per hour is an excellent price and the place is HUGE. There are activities for kids of all ages, including a sectioned off large toddler arew - these are usually afterthoughts but this one is excellent. Then a bigger kid play structure with multiple entry points. I also love that it is designed so the littles cannot make it up to the very high slides that is, they need the climbing skills to be able to get up. Then the kids all loved the trampolines and foam block pits. Also had multiple family restrooms which was wonderful with small kids, and multiple seating areas all throughout the venue. We brought water bottles and didn't eat while there.
It was a fun evening. I came to celebrate my sons birthday. He turns 5 and Boy oh boy did he have a great time. Running, jumping, swinging and sliding. We had a few of his classmates come bye. Some of the parents didn’t even know about this place. They thought it was really neat. Some of staff here are bilingual Which I find helpful the pizza was good. Our party enjoyed it.
