I have a one year old and a husband that travels for work. I finally found time to book a hair appointment after several months and arrived promptly at my appointment to find out that it had been cancelled by their staff. Cancellation reason was unknown and a stylist wasn't available, sorry. I showed a text where I had confirmed the appointment just a day before but it didn't matter. I was very disappointed with the staff and found the whole situation to be frustrating.

I have been using Alli A. at LaVantage for at least 3 years now. She has always done a great job with my hair. The ladies at the front desk always greet you and are very professional. My only issue with the salon is the lighting - it's too dark inside to see how your color and/or highlights look. Fortunately, Alli is used to working in the bad lighting and knows how to make the color come out perfect! Highly recommend - would have given 5 stars if the lighting were better.

Customer service is very poor, to put it nicely, I was on hold for 20 mins. Only to get hung up on. For such a prestigious area there should be people working there of higher caliber As apposed to other similar places in this amazing city of Houston

I've used several different sylists over the years, but I have never had a bad haircut here. They really hire great people! The whole staff is very accommodating and personable.
