I recently called Lavender Fields to order a succulent for my daughter and son-in-law, as they were just moving into their new home.  The staff went over and above to help me choose something that, when I saw it, exceeded my expectations and the kids absolutely love it!  Not only that, but the staff was so good about working with us on delivery so the gift could be there for them on their first day in their new home. Thank you so much for the outstanding customer service!  I highly recommend Lavender Fields to anyone looking for a unique and beautiful gift idea.

Found this place online and ordered an arrangement to be delivered same day (or next day at latest).  Upon learning the flowers were not ever received (3 days later) I emailed the shop.  I was contacted by the owner by phone and given outstanding customer service.  Sherry was empathetic to the situation and created a beautiful and more lush arrangement that was delivered that day.  She even added in balloons and an apology card from the shop for the mistake.  I would certainly order from Lavender Fields again knowing they strive to make customers happy as well as gorgeous arrangements!

Pat was great!  I ordered flowers for a family member who was coming out of surgery.  I gave Pat a number with which to work.  She said she would take care of it and to trust her. Not only that but she called me to relay a message from the delivery driver asking if it was okay to leave the flowers on the back porch.  They made sure the arrangement was delivered and safely stored.  She really went above and beyond.  I got a text as soon as the folks got back from the hospital telling me how gorgeous the flowers looked.  By the way, I did this over the phone and it was the first time I called them.  They were really terrific.  This is the kind of service one expects from a trusted store with whom you have a relationship.  Pat treated me like I was a long term customer.

I was very pleased with my service! I had two transactions for flowers. Including two different payment types. The employee was extremely patient with me!  Our friend really enjoyed their flowers! Thank you!!!!
