Lavender Salon and Blow Out Bar

One of the hair stylist named Christy, is rude and has ignored my text messages multiple times indicating to me she doesn't wish to do my hair. If she didn't want to do my hair, she should have said something instead of rudely ignoring a potential client. So unprofessional. Don't go to this salon.

Unfortunately our experience here was not a good one. We came in for blowouts prior to an important event. 2 of us did not get the scalp massage, shampoo or blowout but we're charged the same as the other people in our group that did. They curled my hair and when it didn't turn out like they wanted, they just put it in an updo sort of style. The other person in our party that didn't get the "works" had the "Sherry" done and her hair went flat within an hour. They said that the problem was our hair, not because we didn't get the shampoo and blowout. After speaking with my regular hair stylist she informed me that you get volume and hold by adding product to the hair after the shampoo and prior to the blow drying process. So, we are extremely disappointed that not only did we pay for a service that we did not receive, our hair did not look like we expected. Definitely will not return to this salon and will not be recommending it to anyone I know. If you do happen to take advantage of this salons services, make sure you demand to get the full service you are paying for!

I contacted Lavender Salon in a bit of a crisis. Two days before my wedding, my original hairstylist informed me that she was no longer willing to follow the timeline she had agreed to in order to make sure my bridal party was ready prior to the start of our wedding. I began frantically calling salons explaining my situation and hoping for a miracle. Lucky for me, Lavender was more than willing to step in and help me, even at such a short notice. They informed me they would be able to accommodate me and my entire bridal party. They were even able to shorten my original timeline by providing two stylists. I was scheduled for a trial with Lindsay the next day, and it went wonderfully! Shelia, the owner reached out to me and let me know that my party could make themselves at home in the salon. They even had champagne glasses ready to go! Our two stylists, Lindsay and Ivy, were extremely friendly and talented. Everyone’s hair turned out beautiful. I believe things happen for a reason and I couldn’t have been happier with their service and how everyone’s hair looked for my big day. Hair and makeup for your wedding are such an integral part of your day, getting a bridal party ready takes about as much time as the wedding itself. Making sure you have a professional, flexible and customer service orientated staff is key to a having a smooth day so I highly recommend going with Lavender Salon the first time around. Thank you Lavender Salon for the exceptional experience I will be a returning customer!
