I will never return to the place. The customer service is terrible. I was quoted a price for brakes, however, the total was going to be more than double than what I was quoted. After I refused to have this work done, I was still charged an inspection fee of $24.99. I would Definitely not recommend this place.

This place has officially lost my business as my family has come to this place for years and years and spent well over thousands of dollars. I recently went there for an oil change which turned out to be pretty costly and decided to start doing that on my own. Here is the problem. A few days later, I noticed my ABS light along with a couple other lights came on, and have STAYED on. I tried a couple different things which included changing out the fuse. Unfortunately that didn't solve the problem. I take it over to Auto zone, they installed a new battery which didn't fix it either. Then they asked if my tires were recently rotated. I said yes they were done when I had an oil change over at Goodyear which is known as lavergne tire center. They made the suggestion that a wire or cenor might have gotten disconnected somehow, and it would be a simple fix. Well I go over there on monday, and unfortunately they automatically fight it saying that they didn't cause anything to go wrong, asked where I had spent money but then contradicted himself (the employee by the name of Mike) by saying how long has your family done business with us (clearly means that money was spent there). He had a bad attitude from the get go. Very disrespectful, argumentative, and couldn't even admit when this company made a mistake. I contacted the owner himself whom also agreed with Mike saying he is just to the point but did apologize for him. An apology is not what I wanted. What I wanted was for them to fix their mistake they made. I understand that mistakes are made but at least admit to them and fix them. Because they aren't willing to admit to anything but they want to charge me a diagnostic fee to test and find out what's wrong, I have to go elsewhere or figure it out for myself. My fiancé noticed a couple reviews about this place a couple nights ago. One of them had to do with the place in general while the other had to do with Mike himself. I highly suggest that nobody do business here because they will rip you off and cause more problems for your vehicle. I will also report them to BBB. Frankly they don't deserve a rating but I chose the lowest one. My business with them is DONE.
