So being completely open and honest here...this place is wonderful for anyone looking for a good long relaxing massage with people who listen to you and make you feel comfortable. I went through a tough period of time and deal with a number of chronic pain issues. My sweet hubby thought of this idea for me and urged me to go, and even bought me a package so I could continue to go back. However, massage is just not for me anymore. I can't handle the pain after or while it's being done. Plus I can't relax long enough to lie still for almost 2 hours. So that's just me and unfortunately I couldn't get a refund on the package my husband bought for me or even transfer because no one else would go either. So that's fine. Not their fault.

My only problem was that just when I got used to this one lady who I was comfortable with, she just up n bounced and I had to just go with another lady and adjust to a whole new style of massage and the new girl wasn't as relaxed or gentle as the first woman. I felt rushed or severely timed. I just couldn't and for THAT reason I feel as though I should have been given a refund. I wasn't given any kind of notice that the original massage therapist wasn't going to be there for my next appointment. They just said, " oh sorry, try...so n so"
Then at one point the only choice of massage therapists was a guy, and I'm sorry, but nope. Not for me! No offense. Just not gonna be down for that.

Scheduling was a lil hectic. Seems they never quite had my preferred days or times open either.

Overall, it's great if you don't mind just going with their flow and getting a random massage therapist. Or have a very open schedule. But just not for me.

Julie is awesome! I love going to LaVida, she is very courteous AND she doesn’t try to hold a conversation with you which is great when you’re trying to relax 🤗

Very clean, very nice and super convenient location for us! We joined the monthly package because they listened to our needs and customized the massages.

Customer service is very good.  Very friendly and not pushy.  First timers get a great rate.  Lanidra was freaking amazing. She can give you a hard massage or whatever you want. I was in so much pain from driving and working the hurricane.  Next day I thought I would be sore because she was working my knots hard but I still feel so good. And relaxed.  I have gained so much movement in my neck.  Very professional. Excellent full body massage.  She worked out all my knots and kinks.  I will be back.  Thank you.
