1) I had a question about a new Hunter Douglas (HD) Aluminum Vertical Blind and grooved insert, and drove to the store.

2) The women at the front desk insisted multiple times that I must schedule an appointment for someone to come to the house. I declined multiple times, stating that I only have a question.

3) I was transferred to another woman that I believe to be the owner, and repeated #1 above. The owner stated they have not sold HD Vertical Blinds in a long time, are of inferior quality, and proceeds to sell me a completely different product. I decline and repeat #1 above. The owner now takes my contact info, to give my #1 request above, to someone else who will call the next morning.

4) The next morning passed, so I called the store asking for the person handling my request for #1 above. The person answering the phone stated that Hunter Douglas does not sell #1 above.

5) I emailed the store the HD Web Site link for #1 above, and gave up. It seems that I know more about HD than this authorized HD dealer. What a waste.
