First of all, not very good customer service from the guy at the front desk. I was calling to ask about the pedicure options, and I feel like he was rushing on the phone, and not helpful at all to help me with the information about different packages. Then when I was there to get the pedicure later, the girl who was doing it looked so sleepy and bored, she kept yawning many times, and seemed quite indifferent with her work, not attentive. That affected the customer and made me feel strange. Overall, the pedicure work with callus removal and stuffs was just ok, average, nothing special. But what made me not happy was their bad attitude for customer service. I just did not feel welcome there for some reason. Odd. I would not come back to this place. I usually dont want to give bad feedbacks, but I feel like I need give my opinion this time, so hopefully they can improve these things in the future, because these things can definitely be changed by these employees there.

Terrible Terrible Customer Service! I called early thismorning to pre pay for my husband's manicure and pedicure and the man at the front deck stated he would give him the VIP trestment due to his birthday today.
However due to the lack of communication and FELL thru with his promise to me to surprise my husband.
 He NEVER related the message to his staff like he first stated. I called back and with no sympathy what's so ever he stated he totally forgot and he charged my husband for the full service. I was outraged with now only his lack of communication and his lack of promises But ruining my nice little Birthday SURPRISE. Come to find out his excuse was he stepped out but come to find out he personally was getting his nails done ! Absolutely unexceptable and I don't recommend this salon on any level.

Went here to get a simple polish change and the job was rushed with little to no effort. I understand I'm not spending a lot of money but does that mean to slack on quality? I'll stick to Venetian nail spa.

Had one good session here and one that was the absolute worst. The front manager was careless and obviously distracted while working the dremel. In response to my protest of my nail bed being damaged, he called me scared and made it clear he thought that he knew best (15 yrs working does not mean you are immune to mistakes). Absolutely will not be back and have been trying to grow out the problems put in my nail bed months later. If you go here, you better have an appointment with someone you totally trust. Or deal with being treated as an afterthought.

I love this nail salon, the nail technicians are all very good and friendly.  Katie is the absolute best!  She does such a great job everytime, she is the sweetest and very skilled at what she does.  The salon looks super nice too, never a long wait and always enough staff and comfy pedicure chairs/areas. :)
