I was there three weeks ago for a shellac manicure. I got color changing shellac with a cat eye sparkle on top. I didn't have an appointment and only waited about 20 minutes. My nails are perfect, service was super friendly, and the shellac has lasted three weeks! My nails aren't chipped or cracked. Best nail salon I've ever been to!

I had never had a problem with this salon until today.  I had a terrible polish change. The polish was glopped on and you could see the line where the gloppy part stopped and where it was properly brushed. There was polish all around my nails. There were also polish brush hairs left in my nail and several bubbles.  I didn't notice until I was almost home. When I called, the lady who did my nails said she was the manager, and refused to let me leave a message with the owner. She also blamed me for the messy job because I didn't get shellac and "polish does not last" also telling me "you messed up your nails". My toes were great. She also did not ask me to wash my hands after removing my shellac. Being yelled at on the phone when I asked for a refund and could not return until the following week because I was going out of town (which is why I was getting the polish change) and had other errands to run was the final straw.  If she really is the manager, I hope the owner does something about it. I do want to note that every other time I have gone there I had amazing service and excellent nails. This is the reason I gave it three stars. However, if this was my first visit there, it would be 0.

Had to drive over to the business to make an appointment for later in the day because their phone was not working. Came back 3 hours later for my scheduled appointment and sat there for 45 minutes past my appointment time. I did speak up when it was 20 minutes into my time slot but the lady looked at me and walked away.  This is not the first time this has happened to me but it is the last. The only person who is polite is the male. So disappointed in this business.

Now Mark did not go here for a pedi, But Jenn did. I will never go back, Way to fast   poor attention to detail. Rip off pedi charged me $46

Absolutely love this place! Every single person does a wonderful job. They are very caring and want the customer satisfied. Any problems they will fix no questions asked! Just don't be afraid to ask!!
