The attorney Diaz was very knowledgeable and helpful in my child custody case. I needed to have my children with me more time and my former partner kept filing papers that did not make sense to me. My ex was angry at me because of our troubles, but long story short, Mr. Diaz made sure the judge saw what type of person my former partner was.  I was very pleased with the legal representation by Attorney Edgar. He knows how to get things done, file papers, I really did not know how he did it, but it worked, and I just wanted to post that attorney Edgar is a true attorney. He helps you.  The only part is that my costs were very high and attorney Edgar didn''t want to lower them. But I guess that is what attorney's do, .  Attorney Edgar however did have my former partner pay a portion of the fees, however it was expensive.  But if that's what it takes to have my children with me and have the judge know what type of person my ex partner became during this process, then I would do it again. The judge made the orders I wanted, and made them permanent. 
 And Edgar is my attorney for everything now. I'm hoping he will lower my bills if I post this. lol. It was a stressful situation, but now at least I can smile again.

Attorney Diaz helped me with my social security disability hearing. He was involved and seemed to know more than the people at the social security department who were sending me paperwork for my disability payments.  Mr. Diaz was very helpful and would always return my calls and keep me updated on my case, even though it took a long time, Mr. Diaz the attorney explained how the hearing process worked and what I needed. I am grateful I found Mr. Diaz's office in this area, and would highly recommend his services for people going through the same things I was going through.  The social security disability process was confusing and I was frustrated in the beginning when I didn't have an attorney.  After hiring Mr. Diaz, he explained the process and he answered my questions.  It did take a while, but at the end, I received my great decision from SS.  Good help.
