I was involved in a very bad accident, so severe and complicated that the attorney I originally hired suggested I move my case to Mr Fink for better guidance & knowledge. I was concerned at first not knowing who David Fink was, but within a short time I became more confident with the change. Mr Fink & his staff were responsive in a timely manner for ALL my needs no matter what time of day or evening it was. All staffing was personable and made me feel like a person and here to help me, not just another case . Mr Fink and his staff eased my worries about the case so that I could focus on my recovery. I would definitely recommend/refer you to Mr Fink for his services.

If you want someone that genuinely cares about you and your family this will be your last stop. David makes it his priority that you recover everything that belongs to you. Nothing can get in the way, period. David and his staff are the most competent people i know. As an insurance agent i know how hard it can be to recover money from an accident. That is why i send my customers to David. I know that he will leave no stone unturned and will make sure they get what they deserve!

Terrible customer service. Whenever I called I was told he'd return my call, but I did not hear back off weeks at a time.
