My experience with Mr. James Mendez is deserving of 5 stars. I hired Mr. Mendez expecting him to help me, be present for me when I needed it and have consideration for my budget. Mr. Mendez accepted the challenge of taking my case and he never let me down. .Mr. Mendez kept me well-advised every step of the way and always returned my calls. If I needed a couple of days to get my payment together, it was never a problem to him. Mr. Mendez always exceeded my expectations because he is a fighter and negotiator. My case was dismissed and Mr. Mendez's dealings with the other party resulted in very acceptable restitution payments. The Downey community is lucky to have an attorney like Mr. Mendez.

My experience was exceptional. James is a down to earth attorney that is truly concerned about what worries his clients have. He listened to me and kept me focused on the important aspects of my case. He knew how to approach the other party to get me the result I was looking for. Called Mr. Mendez on a Friday to represent my cousin in court the following Monday. We are so pleased with his professionalism, knowledge and kindness. The results of the case were outstanding because of his representation and we couldn't have been happier. I hope to never need another criminal attorney but highly recommend him if you do. He is available, down to earth and even answers his own phone most of the time. Five stars and then some!
