I have to say Joel turned my life around. He took the stigma out of bankruptcy and made me realize this law is to give people second chances. I was able to move on and be a more responsible with my finances. I live on a cash bases only. Credit cards are bad and the credit card companies want to put you right back in debt. Do not let them!

If I could give Mr. Spivack 20 stars I would. He represented me in a chapter 7 bankruptcy. When I walked into his office I was met with professionalism, kindness and compassion. Filing for a bankruptcy can be a stressful and embarrassing time. Mr. Spivack and his staff always treated me with the utmost respect for my situation. Never once did I feel judged. He explained everything to me very clearly so that I would understand exactly what was going to happen. I was never caught off guard.  He also took the time to answer my many questions in a clear and concise manner. When I would call his office, Jill his secretary was extremely professional and very quick to also answer any questions that I had. He is very knowledgeable in bankruptcy law and I always felt like I was in good hands.  My case went along exactly as Mr. Spivack told me it would. It went smoothly and quickly. His price was extremely reasonable in comparison to other attorneys. No hidden cost at all. It was exactly what he told me it was upon my free consultation. I know going through a bankruptcy can be a trying time but going through it with Mr. Spivack made all the difference. I would absolutely recommend him to my friends and family without hesitation.

Worth every penny! I was very skeptical and nervous going into my chapter 7 case. Looking back on how simple Mr. Spivack made everything I feel rather foolish for worrying so much. For anyone else considering filing for debt relief, this would be the easiest recommendation I've ever made.
