I highly recommend Kate Rockas. She is smart, strategic, experienced, and she cares about her clients. Kate was recommended to me by someone going through a divorce. Kate was representing his wife. He said she was "killing" him in court. Kate took my case, a very complex and high conflict custody dispute, despite the fact that other lawyers said that there was nothing they could do to help me. From our first meeting I knew that Kate was the right lawyer for me. At the time I felt like nobody understood my unusual situation, but Kate did. Kate possesses a rare combination of legal acumen and an understanding of human psychology and behavior that makes her counsel invaluable.  I especially recommend Kate if you are dealing with a complicated situation that requires someone who can think "outside the box" or involves personality, or mental health issues. I cannot say how grateful I am that I found Kate, she is an expert at what she does and she works extremely hard to secure the best interests of her clients.

Kate Rockas represented my daughters in sensitive litigation involving their father.  She was genuinely concerned for their welfare and did everything possible to secure their well-being.  She stood up with heart, with integrity and with honor.  She was well prepared and argued logically in court. Kate was efficient, professional and most of all kind and understanding.  When I did not know what to do next, where to turn and was completely in a spin, all of Kate's professional and personal qualities were there to support me.  Everything ran smoothly.
