Kevin Bennett is proud to represent those facing both misdemeanors and felonies including DUI, traffic crimes, and violent offenses and he is not afraid to take on even the most challenging cases. As a native Texan, he knows that this state has a reputation for a strong stance on crime, and this can make a criminal charge extremely stressful. With his knowledge of the law and experience in court, he works to give his clients confidence while he aggressively seeks out a positive resolution.

Kevin Bennett studied economics at the University of Texas at Austin before working toward his Juris Doctor in the South Texas College of Law. After graduating, he gained hands-on experience under the Honorable Judge Jim York of the 246th District Court of the State of Texas. This up close look at the inner working of the state's justice system convinced him to help those overwhelmed by the charges that they face.

While serving those in Austin, Kevin Bennett also participates as a member of organizations such as the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyer's Association, the Austin Bar Association, and the Court Appointed Family Advocates. His active role in the legal community allows him to stay updated on current legal issues throughout the state and share his experiences as an attorney.

Outside of his law firm, he enjoys spending time with his family, attending sports and performing arts events, and traveling. He also dedicates his free time to serving on his Church's Mission Committee.
