I've dealt with Marilyn on three large issues concerning mortgages over the past 6-7 years and she is the best in the business. All three situations ended up with successful terms that I can assure you would have been near impossible for me to complete on my own. Her communication is very solid (a rarity these days) and she's firmly in control of the direction of where to go no matter how complex the situation/problem may be. Marilyn assisted my wife and I with a first-time home purchase. It was an FSBO situation with no realtors involved. I'm sure we couldn't  have done it without her patience, diligence, and impressive legal expertise. She caught several important points along the way that needed attention and helped us to avoid any possible missteps. We closed today and couldn't be happier. Thanks Marilyn!

Marilyn is amazing!  Our family is extremely grateful our paths crossed.  Her experience and fearless approach dealing with a lending system where nobody seems to be on the same page allowed us to keep four homes including our family's residence.  A long shot loan modification resulted in a miraculous outcome because Marilyn knew what she was doing while the bank seemingly did not.  Not only were we able to keep our property, Marilyn's hard work resulted in almost 400k in debt forgiveness.  Our sincerest thanks.

I feel like Marilyn is a sister to me. Marilyn nursed me through 2 successful loan modifications which changed my life in a big way, for the better. Having successful loan modifications means keeping 2 duplexes in the San Francisco bay area, which are now my retirement. I found Marilyn in the beginning of 2010 during the height of the financial crisis. It was chaos and no one knew what was going on. The banks changed the rules everyday. But I had Marilyn. Marilyn was on top of it and 3 steps ahead when she could be. We went through this together.  I am forever grateful for her savvy resourcefulness, knowledge, compassion and perseverance. She got me through it in more ways than one. She IS the best!
