Wow is all I can say! Mark settled a 17 year old case that I had paid thousands of dollars to other Attorneys to do. He did in 3 days for a fraction of the cost what other Attorneys spent 6 Months and promised to do. I would highly recommend his services and use him again in the future should the need arise. He was efficient, quick to respond to my calls and E-mails and attentive to my needs.

My experience with Mr. Mark Childress has been horrible.. he’s very unprofessional and my case isn’t even complicated... his response was I have to pay my bills! ..wow. I was willing to pay him $500.00 tomorrow just to write up a document and then pay him the remainder and he he that
Was a joke to him.. he charges 3,750.00 + 250.00 per hour when there’s no property involved and my husband and I have only one child together. He was very rude and actually hung up on me.. I would NEVER RECOMMEND this attorney. No heart only out for the money. Only 10 years experience. I found a much better attorney. Sincerely, Mandy Dynak :)

I was extremely impressed with the way Mark Childress directed me with my case. Having Mark by my side through my case was one of the best things I could of done. He has an understanding of the law and was perfect handling all scenarios. Going through family court is stressful for all parties, but especially the children and he takes the children's needs into considerations, which was a winning point with me. Thank you Mark for teaching me about trust and giving me hope, as well as guiding me through the process.  I can't say enough how great it was having him by my side.

Mr. Childress was absolutely fabulous and we are so greatful that we found him. He is very professional and does exactly what he says he will do. He was very matter of fact and told us exactly what would happen. We resolved our case with better results than we expected. His office staff is also very courteous and professional. We will recommend Mark Childress to anyone that we can.
