I was in need of an attorney so I googled best attorney reviews for foreclosure and modifications. I had a very odd and extremely difficult case. I was having a difficult time because I was scammed by another law firm and faced foreclosure and my loan modification was denied. Mr. Weiss’s office helped save my home by helping me with bankruptcy and getting me a modification. Everyone in the office went above and beyond and handled everything better than I could have ever expected. Everyone always answered/returned my calls promptly. I never had to wait. I truly felt that everyone really cared about me and my situation and worked overtime with my case. I would tell everyone and be an advocate for this law firm! 

I really don’t know where to begin when it comes to Ronald Weiss and his firm. Everyone has a huge heart. See my story is very unique. One like no other you have ever heard. Even to this day, I still cannot believe it. It started about 3 ½ years ago. I fell behind in my mortgage payments and while driving, I heard of another law group that could help (no matter what) I fell hook line and sinker into that trap. So, to make a long story short, I paid them a lot of money out of pocket, the placed closed down, I never got my mod, nor did they even make the court attempts and I ended up in foreclosure. I found myself losing my home, one I have been in over 20 years with no help from the bank or lawyers. I found Ronald Weiss by reading reviews online while looking for a good lawyer to help in loan mods and foreclosure. I called the office and spoke about my situation and what was happening. I went for a free consultation and I was very impressed because it felt like I was family. I didn’t get pushed off from one person to another. I met with Mr. Weiss, the loan modification paralegal and a litigation paralegal. Everyone spend hours with me going over all my documents and copying my paperwork. For the first time, I felt like someone was actually going to help me. My case was not an easy one and it wasn’t about the money either, it was about getting things done, stopping the foreclosure and getting a modification. I will tell you and I have to say over these past two years, everyone really worked so hard on everything for me, the doors were constantly being slammed in their faces by the other side. It was a roller coaster, and one that did loops and twists. So as this kept happening, the lenders attorneys were moving forward with the foreclosure and trying to pull every possible card to force a sale. However, thanks to Ron Weiss and his team, we went forward with a bankruptcy to stop the foreclosure and get me a modification. Again, what a team of great people stepped up to help me here. The bankruptcy team was just as amazing as everyone else, they were there to catch me if I fell, never once did anyone not take a call from me or not return my call. I always felt like I mattered. One morning, I got a call early in the morning from the modification team, you would have thought that I won the mega millions when they told me that was granted a trial modification with a deal of all deals. I still want to pinch myself because this firm never gave up on me! All of them, I cannot thank them enough! Everyone became my dear friends and worked so hard for mer. I would be an advocate for Ronald Weiss and staff and anyone who needs legal help with foreclosure, modification and bankruptcy – I would highly advise to STOP and look no further. This office will climb mountains, sail any ocean for their clients. Take it from me, I haven’t slept good in years until NOW thanks to everyone and Ronald Weiss’s office.

I was searching the internet trying to find an attorney to help me out with a loan modification. The lender was refusing to give us a modification. Ron’s office worked diligently on our file after a couple refusals. Ron’s office was able to secure the loan modification. our expectations were beyond met and stayed in touch more than we could have ever hoped for! The paralegal did NOT take no for an answer from the lender and persisted until we got the loan modification.

I was very worried about the problem I had, and it made me very sick. All it took was two visit.  And Mr Weiss and ms Eugenia resolved  it.  They gave me the conference  and trust  that I needed to let them resolved my problem  and I couldn't be more greatful. And I could sleep better. There great. Ms Maria ortiz

Thanks for all your help during one of the hardest times of my life and my sons. You made the process of settling with the bank during foreclosure painless. I was browsing the internet trying to find bankruptcy and reorganization firms and I stumbled across Ron’s office. I was in dire straits. I couldn't make payments to all the loans that I had outstanding. Ron and his office helped get a debt reduction on a lot of the loans and also extend one of them for 5 years at 0% interest. Everything went better than I could have ever expected. Everyone handled my matter professionally and responded to me promptly. They kept negotiating my debts down for a large discount.
