During the 8 months that Stewart Sutton represented me in my personal injury case I found him to be professional, friendly, honest and above all resilient in his pursuit for a just and fair settlement. I don't know what I would have done without him nor will I since I will have him represent  me on all things of this nature moving forward.

I was very pleased with the services provided by Mr. Sutton.   I was lucky to have found him.   He is  the most honest attorney  I've ever met.    He is a straight shooter, extremely knowledgeable and professional.    Someone described him as "pragmatic and will always craft a legal strategy with practicality in mind".    That is perfectly said.     His charges were fair,  and were absent the usual techniques often used to run up a clients  bill.     I worked with him over the course of 2 years, and during that time  he earned my full trust and respect.    That's very difficult to find these days, particularly in Montgomery county.      Should I ever need legal advice,  he'll be the first one I call.    I would highly recommend  you speak with him.

 I suffered a serious personal injury while visiting another state.  I was unable to work for several months so that I could recuperate.  I briefly considered retaining an attorney in the city where the accident occurred, but I didn't feel comfortable hiring someone who was located 1,500 miles from my hometown in Maryland.  Fortunately, a family member recommended that I speak with Stewart A. Sutton about my case.   I was immediately impressed by Mr. Sutton's knowledge of the law and confidence that he would be able to resolve my claims in an expeditious manner.  After I had recovered from my injuries, Mr. Sutton commenced settlement negotiations with the insurance carrier for the party responsible for causing the accident. During the settlement negotiations, Mr. Sutton kept me informed of the progress he was making.  Within several weeks, Mr. Sutton obtained an impressive settlement for me.   I highly recommend Stewart A. Sutton as a personal injury attorney based upon his professionalism and the outstanding results that he obtained for me.

Mr. Sutton answered his own phone and promptly replied to all emails within 20 minutes and I had not  retained him yet.  He actually did some unsolicited research on my problem involving a dispute with another attorney and suggested several options for proceeding without requesting a dime from me.  WOW, are you sure you are a lawyer Mr. Sutton?  No false hope, hype nor pretense from this guy, just the facts.  Thank you for saving me time, aggravation and money.  Hire him.

About a year ago I received a letter from an attorney's office stating that I owed a substantial amount of money.  Moreover, I found myself extremely depressed and very concerned about the future of my business.  I searched the internet for several days and then I came across Mr. Sutton's website.  After reading about his many years of experience and enormous knowledge about the area of law that I was seeking, I immediately picked up the phone and called him.  Mr. Sutton immediately educated me on the importance of a quality attorney that meets and exceeds my expectations.  Chiefly, I was instantly engaged in all that he had to say about my situation.  Mr. Sutton immediately met with me and put together a plan-of action to combat the stressful situation that I was facing.  I then retained him and, by the end of the week, he had a response back from the opposing attorney; that in fact they had no case.  This was due to Mr. Sutton's careful and experienced strategies that identified the flaws in the case.  I am so grateful for finding Mr. Sutton and I will continue to refer him to everyone I meet.  By the way; Mr. Sutton over-delivered on his results, and the cost for his services was much less than I had anticipated.
