It's been a few years since I spoke to Bill but my wife and I are extremely grateful for the work he did for us. Very unreliable. Legal staff answered more of my questions than he did.  It took months for me to get a straight answer regarding my foreclosure and steps I needed to take. I had to email everyone in the office each day because he would not return my phone calls in a timely manner and the questions the staff were unable to answer, he refused to inform me about.  I did not feel like he knew what he was doing, and he was very unorganized. I know other friends hwho have had to file and their process wnet much more smoothly and  they were treated much better.
