Dealing with an injury,  illness and recovery is a difficult life event.  I was fortunate to be represented by Ms. Frank and her capable team.  During such a challenging time I was made to know that I was not alone in dealing with the vast and complicated world of workers compensation, to receive the medical care that I needed and not be forgotten in the process.  I will be forever grateful to Deirdre for her legal ferocity and compassionate communication. Outstanding result obtained! Don't call those LA lawyer's who you can never get ahold of later. Deirdre knows the Ventura legal community VERY well, she knows how to speak with them and I received all I had asked for, wonderful!

Ms. Deirdre Frank is one of the best attorney’s I have ever dealt with and I highly recommend her for the representation in any vehicle accident case. She is NOT the ambulance chasing type, which make you sign a retainer that contains language of going to see doctors or specialist of the attorney’s choosing.

During the consolation Ms. Deirdre Frank gave me excellent advice on how to proceed with my claim against the other party’s insurance company. Although I could have done it on my own and I’m sure not made out as well financial; having Ms. Deirdre Frank represent me was completely the best choice I made. Ms. Deirdre Frank handled the other insurance companies BS and was very fair and accommodating of my needs and kept me informed during the entire process. Ms. Deirdre Frank is very impressive with the wealth of knowledge she has concerning all the in-and-outs of the law and dealing not only with the other party's car insurance but also with my health insurance concerning the accident. Make no mistake, always hiring an attorney and get the best Law Offices of Deirdre Frank. Absolutely, hands down outstanding!

Very good experience with all of the Deirdre Frank staff. They were extremely patient and helpful - always a prompt email and professional. My case, like many, took over two years to settle and I can't imagine going through that process without an attorney.
My advice to you- get a good attorney because you don't stand a chance against Workers Comp by yourself. And try Deirdre Frank, her staff is amazing.

I went to Deirdre for consultation. It was not the experience I was expecting from a lawyer. She was so warm and concerned and she has a fantastic personality. She spent a lot of time with me going over all of the details and gave exceptional advice. Deirdre loves her job and will do the utmost for her clients. Do not hesitate, if like me you are involved in an accident go to her right away do not believe or listen to the other parties insurance company they are NOT there to help you. I learned the hard way. Do not hesitate. Ca. law has a time limit on claims of 2 years do not let this time lapse waiting for the insurance company to settle with you. I was the trusting type. (Dummy). Chances are like me they will wait for the time to pass 2 years then you are sunk. I did not know how the process works. GET A LAWYER ASAP ! Get Deirdre.
