The Law Offices of Joe Bornstein is a firm which my family had utilized in the past. I knew 2'nd hand that their experience was positive, and when I was faced with a personal injury from a motor vehicle accident my spouse suggested that I contact them. At the time I was unaware of the extent of the injuries I had sustained, and I was also unaware of how vital of a role this law firm would play in my recovery and healing. Along the way I discovered my injuries were worse than anticipated and they impacted my ability to work as a nurse and enjoy my life with my husband and children. While experiencing physical pain, loss of sleep, and unpaid leave from my job, it was hard to not fall into a state of high stress and frustration. However, Ben Bornstein and his paralegal Jennifer, were there to support and guide me through the process of facing these medical issues, and working step by step toward regaining my life as it was. From the very beginning their interaction with me was sincere and genuine, with a clear explanation of the process and what to expect. From handling the communication with medical offices, billing and insurance companies, to ensuring that supporting documents were attained for my case, they were  there easing my burden so that I could focus my energy on healing. Even when there were moments I undoubtedly was unsure and "down" Jennifer was there to listen assure me that though the process often seems long we were working together to ensure as positive of an outcome as possible. All calls and emails were responded to promptly, and no question was received as unnecessary or not relative. Not only did I receive a settlement which replaced what was lost and then some, after my initial payout, I received a call that when all my medical bills were paid a significant amount was left over and being wired to my account! ( this was 2+ weeks after my payout was received) They were just as happy and excited to deliver good news to me as I was to receive it. Even though I never wish to experience and injury in a MVA again, there is no doubt in my mind who I would call!  The professionalism and integrity of this office is amazing, and they do not need to advertise this... their actions demonstrate it. Ben and his team were extremely patient and helpful while dealing with my accident claim! They remained in contact frequently and always answered any questions/concerns I had within 24 hours of asking! I was worried I would get nothing from my claim but Ben and his team got all my medical bills covered and then some!!! I highly reccomend the Law Offices of Joe Bornstein to anyone, even if you aren't sure you'll get anything out of claim it doesn't hurt to ask them!
