A colleague at work recommended John DiBartolo to represent me in the case of a bike accident where the driver of a pickup truck cut me off on the road (right hook).   This was the best decision I made in my condition (broken rib and collarbone), and I wish I had contacted him right away after my accident, although he was able to get me what I think was a very good settlement, nonetheless.  John has been in the business for a long time, and was helpful from the get go.    He is professional, direct, totally honest with his (reasonable) rates,  and he always kept my interests in mind when recommending actions.   If you've been in an accident, even minor, let a professional like John deal with the insurance companies, the doctors, and the ambulance services.   I'm very happy I did.

John clearly and patiently translates legalese and the legal process into accessible content for the average client. I found him professional, courteous, and effective. There were stretches of time where we were not in communication, but  once I reached out, he responded promptly and thoroughly. I felt confident in his representation.

Attorney DiBartolo worked with my husband and I for more than four years on my case. John was very informative on how our case would go, straight forward about what our expectations should be, and compassionate about the strain we were under in dealing with the case. John was always available to answer our questions. I was very hesitant to pursue a case, and am extremely pleased that when we made that decision we went with Attorney DiBartolo. He pushed as appropriate to get us the best outcome possible.
