I would not even rate you guys 1 star if i had option. You guys are just a scam. just taking our insurance money. I will post complete story about you guys on my blogs and news as will and I am also going to take a legal action against your firm and path medical. we have an accident case with you guys and you guys sent us to path medical to get treatment even when we told you we have our own doctors. we went there because you guys assure that we will only pay from the compensation that we get if we win the case but you guys were just playing the game. after giving our insurance information to path medical you guys telling us you have withdraw our case and not our insurance and us getting those medical bills. Its just a scam and I will make sure no one else gets them.

DO NOT CONTACT THEM OR 411PAIN IF YOU GET IN A CAR ANY KIND OF ACCIDENT THEY ARE JUST A SCAM. I AM GOING THROUGH A LOT BECAUSE OF THEM

A big thanks to Jóse Hernandez and all the staff, they did a fantastic job on my case, he went an extra mile in all aspects so I can have a deserve compensation and fast, I highly recommend him if you ever need a law firm.

I was very happy with the care and concern I've received with Kanner & Pintaluga. Jose Hernandez was absolutely amazing.  Being the 3rd case manager I've worked with he was by far the best.  Extremely efficient and handled everything in a timely manner.  Actually was handled ahead of schedule and kept me informed every step of the way.  Definitely would recommend this law firm & particularly Mr. Hernandez.

I got in to a very bad car accident a year ago. I'm a very young girl and had to undergo surgery, have injections, and suffer through a ton of unexpected stuff. My whole life was put on pause, but Kanner and Pintaluga was there every step of the way. They made sure I got the best treatment, and was happy with each doctor I went to visit. They made the treatment process a little more bearable. Once I was done the negotiation process began and Jensen was aggressive and informative. He made sure I got the most money back, and stayed true to his word every step of the way, once he did his job Jose went on to do the reductions.. He was the best! got everything done quickly and always updated me. 

Accidents are unexpected, and there really is no way to prepare yourself for one.. they can be emotionally and physically draining.. Kanner and Pintaluga won't disappoint and will be that rock you need in those hard times. I'm super happy with my decision to stick with these guys, and urge anyone else that's having a hard time deciding between accident attorneys to also go to them. Thanks again K&P! :)

I am very satisfied with the results of my case. I stayed well informed and there was always someone available to answer any questions I had regarding my treatment. When Jose Hernandez took over my file, I gained a greater sense of confidence and hopefulness within this long and at times frustrating personal experience. His professionalism and extreme consideration made me feel like I had someone directly representing my best interests at all times. I am truly thankful to Jose and the rest of the K&P Staff.
