Karen Klein reviewed our company's After Hours policy/agreement and made some important suggestions and changes. She understood that we wanted it to stay readable and concise, and actually, those are her values as well, I've learned. But more importantly, she was looking out for the primary intent of the agreement, and she made sure that we were getting what we needed. Above all, Karen has a very clear moral compass and a generous spirit.

Not only is Karen extremely thorough and knowledgeable as a lawyer, with great attention to detail, but she's always been very proactive in making helpful, productive suggestions, and obviously cares about people a great deal. I have a somewhat jaded view of the law profession as a whole, so it's refreshing to meet someone who is fun, sociable and easy to get along with, who is compassionate, and puts people's needs first, yet is still able to aggressively and tenaciously go to bat for you when the need arises.
