The Law Offices of Kelly and Conte is based in West Chester, Pennsylvania. We concentrate our practice on critical legal matters involving criminal charges, and we assist families whose lives have been affected by significant injuries caused by the negligence of others.

Over the years, our firm has developed a reputation for bold and effective advocacy as we represent clients in and outside of the courtroom. Our lawyers, Evan Kelly and Mark Conte, are well-known by attorneys and courts in Chester County and Berks County in particular.

As former Prosecutors for The Chester County Court System, Evan and Mark know how the commonwealth will prepare their case against you.

He genuinely cares about his clients and does more than assist with your legal problems; he offers excellent advice to help fix the underlying personal problems that caused your arrest in the first place.  He spent considerable time speaking with my son to help put him on the right path. Evan probably saved my son's life!

Mr. Evan Kelly was astounding and expertly handled my case. He was there to help and answered any question I had to make the process so relaxing. He also helped me get my life in the right direction and was their to help anyway he could. If you want someone who really cares about you, then Evan is you guy.
