Mr. Fitzgerald Lewis came to visit me in Fairfax County Jail ($1100 approx charge for this visit) This was my first time being in trouble with the law and I believe Mr. Fitzgerald Lewis took full advantage of this fact for his monetary gain. I had 3 felony charges and Mr. Fitzgerald Lewis said he could get these felonies reduced to 2 felonies. In the end I hired Faraji Rosenthal who reduced my 3 felonies to 2 misdemeanors and charged $2000 all inclusive. The second part of my case was immigration. I entered the US on a (VWP) visa waived program and overstayed. What I didn’t know then is that people entering on the VWP have no right to see a judge and face direct deportation should they be apprehended by US Immigration (ICE). Mr. Fitzgerald however informed me that he could get me voluntary deportation and speed things up for me. Mr. Fitzgerald Lewis wanted a $10.000 retainer to begin with. My conclusion is that Mr. Fitzgerald Lewis can help and can probably do a good job but looking at my case you can clearly see that if he sees an opportunity to make a quick buck without any repercussions to himself he will jump at the chance. My advice is be very careful when hiring lawyers read reviews and write reviews to help others.
