The office concentrates in Personal Injury and Immigration. We represent those injured in all types of accidents including but not limited to motor vehicle accidents, trucking accidents, pedestrian accidents, dog bites, defective products, industrial accidents, work accidents, and medical malpractice. Before opening his own ofiice, Marc worked several years for a prominent Pittsburgh based Personal Injury firm. More than ten years ago, Marc also started successfully handling Immigration cases for foreign family members and friends. Since, both the Personal Injury practice and the Immigration practice have been very successful. Marc is a member of the Pennsylvania Association for Justice (Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association) and of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. He is also a former Chairperson of the American Immigration Lawyers Association Pittsburgh Chapter. He was also chosen to lecture of the American Immigration Lawyers Association 2009 Annual Conference.

Marc represented me throughout the entire duration of my immigration and naturalization process. Not only was he efficient at filing the paperwork, but he also was easy to reach and always willing to take my calls, emails and messages. In the end, his services helped to deliver the necessary paperwork that I required in order to maintain my status in this country. I am very grateful..

I met Marc Reiter with my employer when filing for my H-1B non-immigrant work visa. At that time, my visa situation was in shambles due to the indirect effects of the recession. He took immense care in understanding all the intricacies of my visa status and my immigration goals and gave me sound advice on what steps I must take to achieve them. I was surprised at the amount of time he devoted to answering every question regardless of how ignorant and unnecessary they may have been. Needless to say, all the advice he gave was spot on and I was thus successful in achieving my immigration goal of attaining the H-1B visa. I was also very impressed with the overall professionalism and conduct of his office. Marc is an excellent immigration attorney and more importantly very helpful, considerate and quick with his tasks. There is nothing more I can expect from an immigration attorney

Sponsoring your spouse’s green card can be a stressful affair. We felt at ease throughout the entire procedure knowing Marc was working for us. He explained to us the entire process, always informed us what to expect ahead of time, was confident and experienced. He is very kind and personable, his staff was friendly and helpful.

Marc is an excellent immigration lawyer, I highly recommend him.

Marc represent me for traffic accident claim with my insurance company. 
Marc achieved for me the MAXIMUM compensation I was entitled too.
Marc was efficient dedicated and performed perfectly.
