I'm very satisfied with the service that I received from everyone at the office, especially Courtney Miller Client Administrator who made sure to reach out frequently with updates on the case.  They treated me with a lot of respect and attention. I’m a full time student who is also working full time at night and have had the worse luck when it comes to being rear ended. And last year, after just recently fixing a rear ended spot, I was rear ended again! But this time it resulted in my car being total and leaving me with so much anxiety and stress as I struggle to figure out how to deal with the aftermath of it all on top of school and work. The client administrator that helped me and kept in direct contact with me throughout this whole ordeal was Courtney Miller. She was so so thorough, understanding, and most of all, so prompt in her email respond to me. I would usually have questions and concerns and would email my Courtney in a moment of panic and all my worries would be answered the very next morning! I’m so grateful to have found them and have them on my side throughout the whole process and what stuck with me the most was what they told me in the very beginning: “You just focus on healing and getting better, and we’ll take care of the rest”, and Law Offices of Mark E. My experience with Mark E. Salomone’s Office was  positive.  I felt Atty. Bixby had my best interests at heart and he was very easy with whom to work.  Painless.   I felt the settlement process could have gone  faster, but in terms of working with the Attorney— it was aces.

My situation involved being hit by a car while crossing from a mall parking lot to a store. A shattered femur required two surgeries and extensive physical therapy. Getting successfully through dealing with the auto insurer and the very difficult Medicare process took 2 1/2 years,. Working with Attorney Mark Bixby and Case Administrator Cynthia Holt was an extremely positive experience. Both Mark and Cindi were very personable, easy to talk too and made sure that I was up to date on all details of the case. I had to communicate directly with Medicare on one occasion and found it to be a very frustrating experience... a 30 minute wait and then being transferred multiple times before getting to a representative that could answer my question. How Cindi has the patience and perseverance to make these types of calls on a daily basis and get results is certainly a unique skill. I feel that Mark and Cindi always acted in my best interests.
