Mr. Mcconathy and Mr. Bolten helped me out of a tight spot with a criminal case over in Fort worth. I can't say enough good things about these guys. I was looking at some prison time, but they kept me out and with my family. Thank you for all of your help!

Fighting a Felony DWI with Child, Mr. Bolton was able to get a good deal seeing I finish probation conditions. After a year of fighting, stress, anxiety we closed my case 18 months of probation, classes, community service, and interlock device. If I successfully complete probation with no problems, my felony DWI with child will be reduced to a Class B DWI Misdemeanor. Mr. Bolton answered all my questions, concerns, and returned my calls in a timely manner. After speaking to different lawyers making all kinds of promises, this law firm explained what I am facing, consequences, and what strategy we can take to get where we want to be. I am pleased with the results I received, now it is time for me to do my part and complete probation. Will update once probation is complete. Hope this helps someone making a stressful decision.
