My Husband and I were looking to turn our business into a corporation last year, and knew we needed some legal guidance on how to do it properly. We had no idea which forms to file with the State, fees involved, deadlines, or any other tax implications. Tim Morgan and his expert legal staff were able to answer our questions, and get our business filed as a corporation very quickly. There was a certain deadline that we needed to meet to avoid additional fees from the State, but with Mr. Morgan’s extensive business law and tax law knowledge, he was able to navigate us through, and save us money. We were so impressed with his efficiency, and professionalism, that we ended up using his services again for a property title correction. We live in San Diego, and even with the distance, there was no lapse in communication. Mr. Morgan replied almost immediately to all our questions as if we were right there in his office. He is clearly an expert at what he does, and has a genuine passion to solve complex problems.
