As the son of an immigrant, Vaughan understands firsthand the importance of the decisions his clients are making when they choose to pursue EB-5 for themselves and their families. He knows that it is much more than an investment decision – it shapes the future for his clients’ families, including generations to come.
Vaughan and his wife Christine have been married 45 years and have three adult children. His son, Kenton, in addition to assisting Vaughan in his law practice holds a PhD in Education from the University of California Berkeley. Their youngest, Weslyn, who speaks Mandarin, makes his home in Beijing, where he uses his language skills coaching American football, ranging from youth football to college teams. Vaughan is certainly proud of his children, but his greatest pleasure today is his first grandchild, Rowan.
In addition to being a member of the Bar in California, Vaughan is also a member of the Texas and Maryland Bars and is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court. Vaughan has held his California Real Estate Broker’s License for more than fifteen years, giving him a skillset that has proved valuable to his EB-5 clients. Vaughan holds a General Securities Principal license and is a member of FINRA and SIPC. As an educator, Vaughan served as an Adjunct Professor at Empire College of Law teaching Partnership, Agency and Corporations.
