I had a really good experience with bruce. Didn't break the bank my case was reasonable only at $4000. It was definitely worth the money. He saved me from alot of terrible things happening with my life. Of course i had to do some time for my crimes, but Bruce got 75% of the counts against me taken off resulting in me getting significantly less jail time. If you are looking for the right lawyer to represent you. Bruce is the guy.

This guy is an absolute crook!  First, he uses scare tactics then  tells you everything you want to hear.  We're going to take this all the way to trial and win.  I paid him over 9,000 dollars and a day before trial, he tells you you should take the plea.  He was too concerned with his election bid, that he never even took the time to look at the files.  He kept breaking promise after promise, and even said he would take the file to look at while he went fishing. I'm sure that never happened. He then faked being sick so he could have the date postponed, but the judge saw right through that .  I have made requests for the file and was told that it was destroyed.  I have left numerous messages and have never got a response.  When he sees me, he tries to hide.  Only because he knows that he did me wrong.  Find any attorney but him.

I was very impressed with Bruce Shepley's service as my attorney! He is very knowledgeable & experienced, and I trust him completely. He offered great advice that helped me worlds when in court. I ended up enduring less hardship from the court than I expected while Bruce was advising/representing me. He knew all of the things that needed to be done when I made my mistake and got myself into a sticky situation. It was really good for my peace of mind not having to worry about things I was unsure of. 

I highly recommend Bruce as an attorney. Not only was he a pleasure to work with but he was very honest from the beginning with what he could do for me in my situation. Again, everything turned out better than I expected. If there is any debate regarding his skills and professionalism, know that this man is also a highly respected Judge with over 30 years in the business. See for yourself, you honestly won't be disappointed.

Worst attorney ever. I spent 6 years in prison and another 3 years on parol for a crime I didn't commit because he didn't even bring up important evidence during the trial. Crucial DNA evidence that could have proved my case wasn't even sent into a lab for testing until after I was convicted. Then Sheply had the nerve to try to charge me $375.00 for the lab test after I was already in prison. I walked into his office before the trial and Sheply was gritting his teeth I asked him if he was on something, he just looked up at me and said how do you think I can work on all the cases I have and still give yours the attention it needs. Sheply broke his arm before we went to trial and was on Vicodin during the court procedures, he even fell asleep in court and this wasn't considered as ineffective counsel during my appeal. He never brought up the victims wild statements she gave to the police before the trial and never compared it to her much different statement she said in court. Not once did he even ask me my side of the story, in fact he told me he didn't want to hear it and didn't want to know. He totally ruined my life and I paid him $20,000.00 to do it. If your in trouble find another attorney, Bruce Sheply will make deals for your conviction with the courts and take your money like he is really defending you. This is what he did to me but I didn't find out about his deal until much later. I'm looking into getting a new trial now and having him disbarred. After I got out of prison I was contacted by several other people Sheply had represented with similar stories to mine. We have been getting together to let people know just what kind of a attorney this person really is. Unfortunately I wasn't the only one he has done this to.
