I found attorney Yousef Monadjemi on yelp when I was very desperate searching for assistance to evict a Section 8 tenant.  I consulted with two other law firms that has been referred to me by friends, but none of them could help me because I did not have a lease agreement.  When I emailed Mr. Monadjemi I felt t was like a shot in the dark and expected him or his assistant to take a while to reply back, but that was not the case, Mr. Monadjemi replied very fast and was available to meet with me the very next day, he knows what he's doing and will not lie, he told me everything I needed to know even when it came to the ugly truth, he was able to help me with the almost impossible, evict my tenant.  I am extremely grateful to Mr. Monadjemi, he has no idea how hopeless I was and how happy I am that I will be able to move in to my place (that I bought 2 years ago with an awful realtor).     I would recommend Mr. Monadjemi to anyone who thinks they have no solution or no way to evict a tenant, he will help you, he helped me and I'm so glad I contacted him based on his great reviews.   I regret the fact that I didn't call him before, it would have definitely saved me a lot of stress and money.

I am so glad to have found him and hired his services for my case. The others didn't even come close with a total professional approach and  explanation before charging you for nothing!! My eviction process wasn't  easy to deal with, but so blessed to have had his help. He's very calm and collected, but yet extremely sharp for what he does best as I was a witness to it in the live court. He is patient, focused and passionate bout helping his clients. I will recommend him to all my friends and work associate. Thank YOU cause I have my place IF WASN'T for YOU.......

First impressions can sometimes be inaccurate. Nine years ago, when my family and I first met Yousef for an issue with a contractor, we initially noticed his youth. In fact, Yousef's extensive knowledge and his reputation as a skilled defense attorney immediately made us realize that we were working with a superstar lawyer! 

In our 2008 court case involving our unscrupulous contractor at the time, Yousef  - with his spirited defense – successfully prevailed in our court trial and saved us $50,000. We met with him again last week for help with a different legal matter, and I again feel reassured after consulting with him; his kind and attentive demeanor and good-natured disposition dispel much of our stress. 

Aside from his career of excellence and demonstrated legal skills, Yousef cares:  he really cares about your dilemma and looks out for you like a family member.  At times, you feel as if you're working with a brother or a kindly cousin. I e-mailed him yesterday over the holiday weekend, and he immediately responded! He's always here for you, and that reassurance alone is priceless!

When I read the other reviews here, I'm not surprised by the high level of respect that Yousef has earned among his large client base for his professionalism – particularly his courtroom abilities - and integrity. He has clearly attained a high level of advocacy, and if you want to enlist a seasoned yet compassionate legal eagle to protect you and to successfully defend you, Yousef is the gentleman!
