I am old school and this place gives INCREDIBLE OLD SCHOOL SERVICE! John Carson is the best at the service counter. He knows parts better that anyone in DFW. And Corey in the service department is a very detailed and competent mechanic. Their prices are competitive too. I hope they are in business for many years to come.

The service here is on an entirely different level most other places I have been to for lawn equipment. Brought in an old Echo trimmer that was having problems and within minutes had the problem fixed for less that what I would have thought. The guys in there are knowledgeable, and helpful. Would recommend them to anyone.

Terrible business. I called with the specific Toro part number and they said they had one in stock, I drove 30 minutes to their store and then they said they didn't have it and they all stood around and acted like they didn't know what I was talking about. So if you do business with them, get a specific person's first name and last name, be very specific about your part and very careful before using them because they may change their mind after you get there. I've learned, just use Amazon. If you wonder why stores are going out of business right and left shop at this place and you will understand.

Been coming here since I was a kid with my dad, they've always had great customer service and usually always have the parts you need in stock, and if they don't they'll do what they can to order that part for you if they can get it. Always have been happy to help and answer any question you may have about your equipment, 10/10 would recommend!!! Great place, great prices, great service!
