I have to agree with you on the customer service I'm just moving here from Tx and the employees have no tact or customer service skills WHATSOEVER.  The only difference between your experience and mine is I was actually in the facility and recieved the worst treatment from the women that worked there.  YES I said women meaning two different employees with the same NASTY ATTITUDES, so I had the experience of being talked to in a rude manner face to face.  GOD gave me the strength that day, b/c I had a few choice words for them both AND THE NEXT time I go in there to make a payment and I get the same treatment I'll be sure to post their name & talk to a supervisor.  If you don't like your job get a another one!!!!!
