Layali hookah lounge is the best hookah lounge in town! I was referred here by a local friend while I was vacationing in Orlando. The staff are very friendly and responsive. The prices are cheap and the quality of the hookahs is amazing. Thank you guys for having me, I'll be sure to stop by when I'm in town next time!

Horrible customer service!!! The lady at the front is very rude. I simply asked “what drink is that red one?” As she was walking up to the cash register - she could have simply said “one moment, I with another customer”. But no, she snapped and started screaming at me, to the point people in the whole place were looking at me. How embarrassing! Even the other customer in line was embarrassed. She was yelling at me like she was about to throw down or something.  Save your time folks, I left and went across the street to a place called sultans.  Yes the owner did come out and went on to say she is usually very nice etc etc and offered that if I come back tomorrow it’s on him. But I am sorry the way she came at me for no reason and kept coming at me despite the owner being present…  Never again

It was a great experience.  The atmosphere was awesome.  I WILL be returning again. I met the owner, he had us laughing all night long. I would give 6 stars if there was an option to.

Had the best hookah experience, visiting Orlando is always a great experience but spending time at this place was something special, the staff was very nice and the hooka was perfect.

The most amazing Turkish coffee is sold in this place. The staff was very polite and very helpful. Their hookah making skills might need a little bit of work but over all a great experience

I've been coming here for about 3 years now. I haven't had any problems with the staff, their hookah, or the service overall. This is my go to spot to just chill, hang out with friends, relieve stress and overall just have fun. Definitely check the place out. Every experience is different for everyone but I'm sure you will have a great time with great hookah. They have multiple tv's with different games on at all time so if you're a sports fan this is a place you would want to come to and watch the game while enjoying some great hookah. The owner is very chill and relaxed and loves just having such an amazing place and great customers that have a reason to come back everyday.

Visiting from out of town and had some time to kill between attractions. What a great find! Cozy couches, tastey hookah and the staff was pnemonial. They made sure we felt welcome and comfortable throughout our entire visit. The owner was really nice and offered us some green tea just to try, it was very good! Would definitely recommend swinging by if you are in the area!

You got to go. Even if just to pick up some of their extremely decadent beautiful desserts. What this place lacks in decor, they make up for in the excellent service and wonderful food and teas. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to the hookah bar and would go back anytime.

Layali hookah lounge was cool and all, but what I didn't like is that they allowing people who smoke regular cigarettes to smoke in there to and it smell like hookah and cigarettes and I'm not a fan of cigarettes. The furniture was super comfortable like if I could I buy it for my house, only problem is that I'm sure they never cleaned it because it smell like months or years of cigarettes and hookah that kind of got stuck in the leather. Beside all that it was a good experience, hookah was great. If the smell was better I'll give it a four.

Great hookah lounge. If you are the kind of person that wants hand-and-foot service, this isn't necessarily the place to go, but selection and food/beverages are good. Just say hi to the owner and they'll take care of you, it's nice to know who's taking care of you, not just expecting it from them. Definitely one of my favorites.
