This is a very small museum. However, it is a beautiful building with a lot of history. Mr Carnegie would be proud. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, even made suggestions of other places to visit and where to go for lunch. (We went to Heroes and it was fantastic as was the beautiful and unique building. Stop by the candy shop for incredible chocolate and vintage candies.)

A wonderful collection of items dating from prehistory to the 1950's. Truly astonishing Civil War pieces are also in the collection.

Layland museum of the police department by the cpd and for cpd so they can take there money all the times recd.
