This trailer Ranch it's alot better than alot in this area it's quiet here people respect others with their needs as far as disabled people but mostly the park has lots of people how are down to earth and get friendly

Lazy J was a great place until the new management took over. we moved out on July -23 -16 and we still haven't received our deposit or an explanation why we haven't received it. I have called Melissa multiple times and sent multiple E-mails and all she is telling me is, she waiting to learn the new paper work and I should be seeing a letter in the mail. I'm extremely frustrated about her lack of professionalism and Integrity. This leave me with one option if i don't have this resolved very soon and that's small claims court.

You get what you pay for. But that's not what my complaint is about. The facilities are pretty nasty but the price is good. The tenants are friendly enough. The manager, Melissa, however is a maniacal tyrant in a down syndrome kind of way. She uses subterfuge and ambiguity to keep your deposit. I believe her tactics are unethical and probably illegal. When I confronted her, she clammed up and hung up on me multiple times. She refused to negotiate with me like a normal business person. She refused to provide her supervisors contact information. She is a horrible person, so be warned.
